After I recently read and recommended Bobos in Paradise: The New Upper Class and How They Got There, my friend Lisa said that I needed to read The Tipping Point : How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell. She was right--good stuff, although Tom is tired of me coming up to him and saying "You're a type!"
