Fitzmas Bingo Cards for all!

If you've been paying attention to politics lately, you know that it's generally expected that Patrick Fitzgerald is going to be handing down indictments any minute now. A couple of days ago, I saw this Indictment Bingo card over at Wonkette, and I said, hey, that's a single image — it'd be better if it was random.

And so, today, for your amusement: Fitzmas Bingo Cards. Enjoy, and tell your friends!

MacDead

There's a new Mac conference on the horizon: "MacLive - The learning conference for creative professionals" in NYC May 11-13, 2006. As I always do, I went straight to the speaker's list, where I was unsurprised to find that it's — wait for it — all men.

Hey, you don't have to tell me that it's not the easiest thing in the world to find women with Mac expertise who want to speak publicly. But when one of the world's best is right down the road, it's not a matter of not looking; it's a matter of not even trying.

Update: if you go to their speaker page, you'll now notice that they've added one woman (at the very bottom). And I'm sure that's entirely coincidental…

This explains a lot about Microsoft

Flickr photo Sean's working on his college essay, and Microsoft Word recommended that he change a line from "it is better to try and fail then to never try at all" to "it is better to try to fail then to never try at all."

This may finally have cured him of his habit of automatically accepting every change Word suggests.
