Last year for Valentine's Day, I gave Tom a Chocolate Foil Wrapped Fish. It came in a box that said, "You're a Keeper," and a year later he's still laughing about it.

How to top that? This year, he got the Toadally Yours Hollow Chocolate Toad Gift Box. Yes, a chocolate frog. And that's not all: it comes with Gummy Bugs.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do next year, but my current thought is to just keep moving up the evolutionary ladder.

Amazon's Sense of Humor

A couple of days ago, Tom wrote a post called Googlebot has a sense of humor noting that he'd gotten a laugh out of Google's choice of AdSense ads. I can top that: I was just reading Crazy Apple Rumors. Amazon's top choice of item to sell me? Lip balm. Crazy Rumors Brew Lip Balm. In the Apple Spice flavor, of course!

Hell, I'm almost tempted to buy some. But then I realized that Apple-flavored Crazy Rumors lip balm could easily go very, very wrong…
