Comic art imitates my so-called life

Sometimes when I read xkcd, I feel like the gags go completely over my head. Other times, I'm glad I'm in on the joke. But once in a long while I feel like some part of it is targeted straight at me. This frame (from a five-part series that started here) is in the last group.
